These are our ‘classics’. While we don’t have a flagships beer, these are the beers you are most likely to see in and around The Bruery at any given time. We brew them all the time because we love them and we hope you do too! Hottenroth is a Berliner-style tart wheat ale that drinks perfectly on a hot summer day. Saison Rue is a rustic Belgian/French-style Farmhouse ale. Mischief is a Belgian-style Golden Strong that is generously hopped and fermented with our Belgian yeast strain. Loakal Red is a robustly hopped American-style red ale that flaunts some serious oak character and Autumn Maple is our fall seasonal brew made with yams and some serious fall spices. This flight is perfect for anyone new to The Bruery or anyone else looking for something ‘Classic’. Cheers!
