Double IPA8.3% ABV50 IBU
Using English Golden Promise malt, German Huell Melon hops, and California Common Yeast, this beer weighs in at 8.3%. The malt gives it a nice biscuit sweetness which is needed to support the heavily hopped beer. We used 44# of Huell Melon in this brew. The hops provide a crips hop bite at the beginning but mellow to a nice pine, tropical fruit and melon rind flavor. Made in collaboration with Free Roam Brewing Company to be opening in Boerne Texas.
