This is a Hazy IPA brewed with Kolsch yeast. This yeast helps accent the fruity ester profile of ale to give a nice backbone for the fruit-
forward hops to shine. The yeast also stays in suspension, so it has a hazy
appearance with a fuller mouthfeel. The hops chosen for this beer are some
new school, fruit-forward varieties that come together for a nice blend of
tropical fruit flavors with the underlying tones of dankness.
