This Northwest sour ale was custom designed by staff at Belmont Station. This blend includes 40% spiced quad aged in rum barrels, 40% blond ale aged in white wine barrels and 20% wheat ale aged with dried pineapple. Flavors of rum and pineapple combine to make this blend reminiscent of a classic Caribbean cocktail.
