Alexandra Nowell of Three Weavers created this Dry hopped Saison and brewed it here at Noble Ale Works while Evan and Brad were away on a beer vacation in Europe. Utilizing Jasmine rice and a soft dry hopping, the beer is pale gold in color, light in body and with notes of lemon, dill and white pepper. The finish is dry and lingers with a bit of juicy pear.
