Federweisser is the name of a young wine from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It is only weeks old, and has not completely fermented leaving residual sugars and a sweet slightly sour finish. Our deviation is 35% wine must fermented with wort from our trippel using a belgian yeast. Extremely unique.
